IGC Career Special Lecture with Ken Lee, Senior Vice President (SVP) for lululemon's Asia Pacific Region, took place under the topic "Logic into Magic, Purpose Driven Leadership''.

Lululemon is a leading athletic apparel company, well-known for its high-quality products and innovative marketing strategies. They have been successful in maintaining a strong brand image and expanding globally, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. The success factors of lululemon have been its focus on healthy lifestyle, commitment to sustainability and community engagement, as well as employee's well-being.

As SVP for lululemon's Asia Pacific region, Ken Lee has played a crucial role in the company's success. With over 20 years of experience growing global brands in Asia's retail sector, he has honed his expertise in strategic planning and brand management. Prior to lululemon, he served as VP for Asia Pacific at Fossil, where he grew the brand and opened over 100 stores across the market. He also held senior leadership positions in retail development and operations at Adidas and COACH Japan. Ken Lee, who heads the entire Asia Pacific Region for lululemon traveled from Hong Kong to speak for the event. This lecture provided his insight on lululemon's wellness leadership and how he became such a successful leader as an Asian minority.
