Sung Sup Brian Choi is a Research Professor in Business Management at SUNY Korea. Dr. Choi earned his B.A. degree from Yonsei University, an MBA and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Upon earned his doctorate, he became an assistant professor at CUNY (City University of New York)/ Baruch College for four years, and he was a professor at Gachon University from 1995 to 2022.
Dr. Choi served as an Editorial Writer/Columnist at Herald Business Daily and Korea Herald from 2000 to 2009, and also served as an Adjunct Professor at KAIST Techno Graduate School from 2001 to 2003, as a Visiting Professor at Columbia University from 2003 to 2004, and as a Visiting Professor at Brock University (in Canada) in 2011. His research interests are on Dynamic Asset Pricing Model, Derivatives, Market Efficiency, and Corporate Finance. He has been teaching Derivatives, Financial Markets and Financial Institutions, Investments, Corporate Finance, Asset Pricing, International Finance, and Macro Economics.
