BUS 488 Application Forms & Google Link

To enroll in BUS 488, students must submit:

  • 1. Complete both application forms listed below:
    • Click: BUS 488 Company Information
    • Click: BUS 488 Student Information
  • 2. Email the completed forms to the Department Chair, Jeehong Kim at jeehong.kim@sunykorea.ac.kr for approval.
  • 3. Once approved, submit the approved forms using the Google Form link.
