[CPA Study Group] PwC Korea Field Trip on Nov.9     The CPA Study Group went to a field trip to Samil PwC as a field trip on November 9th, 2022. Students enrolled in ACC310 were invited to this trip, so a total of 18 students participated to this event. It was a very special opportunity for the students to learn what accountants work at a real accounting firm and specifically they were able to learn what qualifications they need to meet and prepare for.  It was very thankful that PwC Korea prepared an information session for our students to introduce their company, roles in each department, recruitment process, and so on. Students seemed that they are motivated and the feedback on this event shows that students were very satisfied. We, as a department, were also happy to see students' reaction and plan to continue such events in the following semesters.  

Tenure Track Faculty Position Finance at SUNY Korea   The College of Business at SUNY Korea (State University of New York in South Korea) invites applications for a tenure track faculty position in the area of Finance. SUNY Korea, is located in Incheon Free Trade Zone (IFEZ) in Songdo, South Korea, about 1 hour from Seoul and about 30 minutes by car from the Incheon International Airport.
