As it is first-come-first-serve basis, the submission of the form does not guarantee the permission grant.

Please refer to the following class standing classification:

A student’s class standing is based on the number of credits earned before the beginning of each semester, as follows:  
U1 Freshman       0-23 credits  
U2 Sophomore     24-56 credits  
U3 Junior              57-84 credits  
U4 Senior             85 credits or more

If you are in U1 or U2 standing, please do not request permission at this time.
Please request permission if you are unable to enroll by yourself even though you are in U4 standing.

** The permission will be granted a week prior to the Fall 2022 Semester starts.**
